REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

In case a guest wishes to cancel the service they have booked, they must notify us or the agency where the trip is booked via email or phone at least 48 hours before the commencement of the service. If the cancellation is made within 48 hours of the departure, there will be no refund.

 

We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to unfavorable weather or river conditions and will inform the passengers as soon as possible. In such cases, a full refund will be issued, or the trip will be rescheduled to a mutually agreed-upon time.

 

If a trip is canceled due to our fault, we will provide a full refund. However, we are not responsible for any other expenses that guests may incur in preparation for the trip, such as airline tickets, hotel rooms, or other costs.

 

HEALTH AND MEDICATION:

Guests must inform us of any medical conditions they may have and the medication they are taking, before the trip.

 

GUEST RESPONSIBILITY:

It is the responsibility of our guests to choose a trip that matches their interests and abilities. If there is any uncertainty, we encourage guests to contact us.

 

Our guests are responsible for their behavior and must comply with local laws. We strictly prohibit the use of illegal drugs and any violation of Croatian law.

 

The instructor reserves the right to prohibit individuals from boarding the boat if they pose a threat to the safety of the rest of the team. In such cases, no refund will be given.

 

GENERAL PROVISION:

We reserve the right to modify the itinerary to improve the guest experience or for smooth operations. In cases where changes or omissions are made due to reasons beyond our control, we will not be held liable for any claims. We will not be responsible for any losses, damages, accidents, deaths, injuries, etc."
